Our Team
Lindsey Ohmer, LMSW
Owner and Clinical Mental Health Therapist, Certified School Social Worker
With over 13 years of experience in the field of social work, I’ve built my career around supporting people through some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives. My background spans school‑based work with teens, hospital social work, and individual therapy — giving me a deep understanding of how emotional health shows up across different environments and stages of life.
I’ve supported students navigating identity, anxiety, grief, and academic pressure; walked alongside patients and families facing medical crises; and provided one‑on‑one therapy that helps clients untangle what’s heavy and move toward clarity, confidence, and emotional stability.
Across every setting, my approach remains the same: grounded, compassionate, and practical. I meet people where they are, help them feel understood, and offer tools that make real life feel more manageable.
Current availability: Monday & Wednesday evenings.
I believe every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and seen. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I’ve spent the past ten years helping individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges with compassion, clarity, and practical support. My work is grounded in trust, transparency, and empathy, creating a safe environment where clients can explore their experiences and begin meaningful growth and change.
My clinical background spans work with clients of all ages, racial backgrounds, and socioeconomic identities. I bring experience from school settings supporting teens, to children and family services guiding clients and their families through crisis, and individual therapy focused on long‑term emotional wellness. This diverse foundation allows me to understand how stress, relationships, identity, and mental health intersect across different stages of life.
Current availability: Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evenings. Saturday mornings
